Here is a simple Twitter widget user interface design to display your latest tweets. The idea is to code this with some jquery to get your recent tweets, and only have 3 at a time showing, then use the previous and next buttons to cycle through your tweets. It includes a Photoshop PSD like always, and is entirely vector, so this can be scaled to any size if needed.
